The first time I picked up a pencil and started drawing, I was so young that I don’t even remember it. But three things from that time still warm my heart and continue to give me energy and motivation:

First, the set of colored pencils I once had—and still keep in my memory box.

Second, my father’s words have stayed with me ever since. “Oh! My darling, you have an incredible talent for drawing and need to be taught,” he said with warmth in his voice, as he gazed at a tulip I had drawn from the pattern on my bed sheet. I had surrounded it with grass, wooden fences, a cottage, clouds, and a sky—all imagined by me. His words weren’t just a passing remark; they were a moment of recognition that planted a seed of confidence in my heart, making me believe that art was a part of me.

Lastly, the genuine encouragement from those around me, who have always looked at my drawings in disbelief and urged me to pursue art professionally. Since early childhood, I have never put down my pencil or brush. Alongside my education, my career as a lawyer, motherhood, managing a household, migration, and all the ups and downs of life, I have steadily moved forward on this path and arrived where I am today.

When I am in my creative zone, I am fully focused and at peace, disconnecting from all unnecessary distractions. Creating art is truly a form of therapy for me, fueling my energy for the challenges that life brings. In recent years, with the encouragement of my beloved son, family, and friends, I have taken my work to a professional level.

My goal is to bring more beauty into people’s lives and leave a lasting, meaningful legacy in this world.
